The starting question was not simply how to put courses online. It was how to make professional learning practical for people who are already busy delivering projects.

The source project notes describe a format built around focused, on-demand courses rather than long sessions that require a large block of uninterrupted time.

CPD On Demand develops formal CPD for built-environment practitioners, delivered through an online learning platform. The supplied course format is one hour, with learning and completion logging organised around the practitioner’s needs.
