A procedure is useful only when people can use it.

A business may have accurate written procedures while everyday training still depends on whoever is available to explain the job.

TalkingHead.Solutions explores another format for that information: short video training that presents the procedure through a recognisable digital presenter.

02 / The service

From a written process to a watchable course.

The supplied project describes written procedures becoming video courses, presented by a digital version of the speaker. The same instruction can be prepared in multiple languages, with course completion tracked.

Change the format without losing the instruction.

The useful challenge is not simply generating a video. It is keeping the instruction clear, understandable and connected to the process people need to follow.

This project brings together content, presentation and the learning workflow. Any rollout still needs appropriate review of the procedure, translation and training requirements.
