A little preparation goes a long way

Three things worth bringing.

01 /

The job you want to improve

What takes too much time, causes repeated effort or makes it harder to serve customers? A specific example is useful.

02 /

The way it works now

Which people, systems and information are involved? You don’t need a process diagram or technical specification.

03 /

What a better result means

Describe what you would like to change. This might be a simpler workflow, a useful first draft or an idea you can test.

Good questions

A few useful answers before we talk.

Have something more specific in mind? Let’s talk about your business.

Do I need to know which service I want?

No. We can use the first conversation to decide whether an audit, implementation or product development is the right starting point.

Can I bring an early-stage idea?

Yes. You do not need a complete brief. Explain who it is for, what it could help them do and what you want to find out.

Will I receive a quote in the session?

Not necessarily. Some ideas need more information before they can be scoped. We can discuss what needs checking and a sensible next step.

Do you work outside the built environment?

Yes. The services are open to Australian businesses across sectors. Our industry experience is useful context, not an eligibility requirement.
